Frequently asked questions

$65. No service call is charged if you get a repair with us.

We offer financing through a local bank that specializes in hvac financing if you qualify.
Do you charge extra for after hours calls?
If it is in town here in Tulsa, we normally do not charge extra.
What is wrong with my air conditioner?
It sometimes takes an expert to determine the issue. Many times there are several problems at one time, creating a unique issue. Sometimes the problem is as simple as a tripped breaker, or a clogged air filter. You as a homeowner can check these two issues before calling us out if you are trying to save money.
What is wrong with my heater?
Clogged filters, tripped breakers are common issues homeowners can fix themselves. If you have electric heat, the heat pump may be not working and the electric strips could be broken. If you have gas heat, there are too many different components to list here that could be malfunctioning. If the components are all in working order, then older furnaces can start to wear out and not pull the gas flame properly through the heat exchanger, indicating a time for new equipment.
Do you replace ductwork as well as equipment?
Yes, we do, and we do conversions from downflow floor systems, to upflow, ceiling ductwork.
